TAP TO READ POLICIES
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking.
NAIL PREPARATION:
All clients must arrive with clean, bare, and trimmed nails.
SOAK-OFFS & REFILLS:
Please inform me in advance if you require a soak-off or refill (my work only). You can do so by adding this as an extra service to your booking. If you arrive needing a soak-off or refill without prior notice, you may be turned away and asked to reschedule and place a new deposit, as I may not have enough time between appointments for extra services.
LATE ARRIVALS:
There is a 15mins grace period. If you are more than 15mins late, there will be a $20 late fee. If you are over 30mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment will be required.
EARLY ARRIVALS:
If you arrive early, please wait until your scheduled time to approach the door, as I may be with another client. Once you arrive at the door please message me and ring the door bell.
GUEST POLICY:
Strictly no guests allowed.
DEPOSIT AND INSPO:
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, which will then be deducted from the total price. Please send an inspo photo of what set you would like prior to your appointment so that I am prepared and make sure I have the required materials for the set.
AFTER HOURS/PUBLIC HOLIDAY FEE:
Saturdays and Sundays will incur an additional $10 after hours fee, and public holidays will incur an additional $30 fee. Please keep this in mind if you are booking a weekend/public holiday appointment.
RESCHEDULING:
Reschedules must be made at-least 48hrs before your appointment, any reschedules after this time frame will require a new deposit to be placed. Rescheduling more than once will also require a new deposit to be placed.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made less than 48hrs before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. No shows will forfeit their deposit and be banned from booking again.
PAYMENT:
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash at your appointment.
SICK OR UNWELL:
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick or unwell.
ALLERGIES OR SKIN CONDITIONS:
Please inform me prior to booking if you have any allergies or skin conditions. Please note that I am not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or physical damage that may occur during or after your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.
